Rest and Work (Bible Study Book)
Resting is more than just observing the Sabbath and refraining from work. It involves communing with God in a way that satisfies and refreshes us spiritually. In the Bible, the rhythm of work and rest is an important topic. This study traces this theme through Scripture and explores four main topics: why we need to rest; why we can't rest; how rest is restored; and how we can rest in faith.
